Unfortunately, once an item is used, it can not be returned or exchanged due to the sanitary nature of our products. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you have 30 days to make an exchange. We can only replace items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged. When exchanges are needed for the same item:
Include your receipt (online purchase order receipt)
We will provide a return label
If an exchange is requested for an incorrect, defective or damaged item, customer service will initiate the exchange. Exchanges can take 5-10 business days depending on your mail carrier.
